Athena Development was founded in 2019 on a simple conviction: a renovation should be as sound behind the walls as it is beautiful in front of them.
We're a design-led build firm serving Arcadia, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and the greater Phoenix valley — luxury renovations and custom residences first, with select commercial work and owner-side project advisory carried alongside.
